Appointment Policy
Walk-ins only, except for surgeries and grooming.
Surgeries appointments are scheduled Tuesdays - Friday. Pets
must be brought in from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Routine surgeries
are released from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Grooming can be scheduled Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to
5:00 pm directly with the groomer by calling (210) 922-8370.

Pre-surgical Policy
Dog & Cats: No food after 6 pm and no water after midnight.

Payment Options
Payment is due upon completion of services. We do offer Care
Credit for cases of emergency. We accept cash, personal checks,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, and
traveler's checks. We offer the following discounts: Senior
Citizen - 60 years or older and Multiple Pets (3 or more). Discounts
are not available on vaccinations and/or food.
